Species Count is a biodiversity identification study in which species living in a certain area are recorded within a certain period of time. It is carried out as a marathon with the wide participation of expert naturalists, volunteer nature guides and citizens. Its aim is to attract public interest in nature and nature conservation on the one hand, and to reveal the species diversity of the area to be protected on the other.
